Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that Ronald William Edward
Cherry, accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator
of Copsey Place Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) by a resolution of the shareholders in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of July 2005 at 4.40 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of August 2005, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
