Notice of Application for Release of Liquidators
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Registered Securities Ltd (in liquidation):
Take notice that we, the undersigned liquidators of the above-named company, intend to apply to the High Court
at Auckland on Thursday, the 11th day of August 2005 at 11.45 a.m., for orders:
(a) releasing us from our administration of the property of the company.
(b) dissolving the company.
(c) directing the disposal of the books and papers of the company.
A summary of all receipts and payments in the winding up is being posted to each investor.

Note: Section 246 (5) of the Companies Act 1955 enacts that “An order of the Court releasing the liquidator shall discharge him from all liability in respect of any act done or default made by him in the administration of the affairs of the company, or otherwise in relation to his conduct as liquidator, but any such order may be revoked on proof that it was obtained by fraud or by suppression or concealment of any material fact.”
