Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 13th day of July 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Waikaka Dairy Limited
be liquidated and that Hamish Alexander Scott, of HSW Limited, Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of July 2005
at 1.30 p.m.
