Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of M & V Davies Logging Limited, Valiant Holdings Limited and Dunnrite DCM Limited (all in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of July 2005 at 10.55 a.m., 10.56 a.m. and 10.57 a.m. respectively, M & V Davies Logging Limited, Valiant Holdings Limited and Dunnrite DCM Limited were placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named companies pursuant to an order by the High Court at Rotorua.
The liquidations commenced on the 12th day of July 2005.
