Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of June 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Tucker-Rushton Farms Limited be liquidated and that Lesley June Newman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of June 2005 at 8.35 a.m.
