Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of July 2005 at 3.54 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Salix Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Douglas John Allcock, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
Douglas John Allcock gives notice that he has accepted the appointment as liquidator of Salix Holdings Limited with effect from the 4th day of July 2005 at 3.54 p.m.
