Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Ian Irving Hayward, chartered accountant of Yovich Hayward Pevats Johnston Limited, was appointed liquidator of Mayfair Properties Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of July 2005 at 11.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 10th day of August 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
