Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally
as liquidators of Great North Investments Limited
(in liquidation) on the 6th day of July 2005 at 9.33 a.m., in place of John Michael Gilbert.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2005.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
6th day of October 2005, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
