Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 21st day of January 2005, it was resolved by
special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tripek Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Frederick McCullough, of Pritchard McCullough, Chartered Accountants, Lower Hutt, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of January 2005 at 12.00 midday.
