Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert B. Walker, of Wellington, and John M. Scutter, of Lower Hutt, both chartered accountants, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Extreme Rally Limited on the 17th day of December 2004 at 10.00 a.m., being the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 28th day of January 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
