Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 30th day of June 2005 at 9.00 a.m., appointed William Alexander Ritchie, of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 25th day of July 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
