Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 30th day of June 2005, members confirmed that by
a previously raised resolution of members, pursuant to section 24 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Kindergarten Wairarapa Incorporated be liquidated and Peter J. Amy, chartered accountant of Masterton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of June 2005
at 7.45 p.m.
