Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named companies commenced on the 29th day of June 2005 at 1.00 p.m., when the members appointed Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named companies, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
