Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”) and in the matter of HAJ Enterprises Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 and by a shareholder’s resolution dated on the 21st day of June 2005 at 2.25 p.m. to liquidate the company, the shareholder has appointed Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, as the liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator advises that a declaration as to solvency by the director dated the 21st day of June 2005, has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator fixes the 22nd day of July 2005, as the last day in which the creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have in the company.
Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
The above-named company, whose registered offices are situated at 7 Selwyn Avenue, Whangarei, is ready to be removed from the Companies Office Register, pursuant
to section 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the final report referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.
Any objection to the removal must be made to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, setting
out the grounds for such objection and be made not later than the 22nd day of August 2005.
