Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 20th day of June 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Avonview Retirement Village Limited be liquidated and that Russell K. D. Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of June 2005
at 9.00 a.m.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 20th day of July 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.

Note: The company is solvent and is being liquidated as part of the restructuring of the business affairs of the shareholders. All creditors have been paid in full. This company disposed of its interests and connections with the Avonview Retirement Village Scheme several years ago.
