Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Aaron Armstrong, of Armstrong Henderson Moreton Limited, Chartered Accountants, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by
a special resolution of the shareholders dated the 22nd day
of June 2005.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
22nd day of July 2005, as the day on or before which
the creditors are to make their claims and to establish
any priority their claims may have under section 312 of
the Companies Act 1993.
