Notice is hereby given that, on the 24th day of June 2005,
it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Adonaire Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Brent John Whatnall, chartered accountant of Horwath Porter Wigglesworth Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
