Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above named company commenced on the 9th day of June 2005, when the High Court at Hamilton appointed James Gerard Beban as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that after the 16th day of July 2005, the liquidator proposes to transfer or distribute the assets
of the company among the parties entitled thereto having regard to the proof of creditors’ claim forms of which
the liquidator then has notice, and that, in such event, the liquidator will not, with respect to the assets to be so transferred or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the liquidator had no notice at the 16th day of July 2005.
A proof of creditors’ claim form is available upon application to the liquidator.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, details are to be attached to that claim form.
