Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 10th day of June 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hang San Limited
(in liquidation) be liquidated and that Andrew Hill, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of June 2005 at 5.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator fixes the 15th day of July 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
