Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of May 2005 at 4.00 p.m., it was decided by the board of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b), that Syntero Technology Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Charles Oliver be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of May 2005 at 4.00 p.m.
