Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Safe Invest Limited (in liquidation) on the 17th day of June 2005 at 10.00 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes the 18th day of July 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of Safe Invest Limited
(in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
