Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 122 of the Companies Act 1993
I, Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, hereby give notice that I have been appointed liquidator of Okanagon Farm Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders as of the 21st day of June 2005.
As at the date of appointment, the company is able to pay its debts.
