Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 17th day of June 2005, it was resolved by
the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Frederick Turvey Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Reginald Patterson, solicitor of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of June 2005.
