Note: These are solvent liquidations. The business assets have been sold and it is appropriate to now liquidate the companies. Because of a corporate restructuring of the IAG (NZ) Holdings Limited group of companies, 151 Insurance Limited is being put into solvent liquidation. Being a shell company, it holds no assets or liabilities at liquidation. Neither does it hold any insurance policies written in the name of New Zealand Insurance Limited.
*Formerly known as New Zealand Insurance Limited until the 2nd day of September 2004.
