Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of June 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Veritatem Nominees Unlimited be liquidated and that Paul Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of June 2005
at 11.30 a.m.
