Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that S. Suttie Co Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 30th day of May 2005 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of May 2005 at 10.22 a.m.
