Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) and sections 243 (8) and
(9) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of
Pakowhai Holdings Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of June 2005 at 2.00 p.m., I, Graham Lewis St John Pedler, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company’s minute book.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given, pursuant to section 245 of the Act, that:
(a) the liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be held;
(b) having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company, the likely result of the liquidation and other relevant matters, the liquidator considers a meeting of creditors should not be held;
(c) there are no known creditors; and
(d) the liquidation is for administration purposes only.
