Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of April 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Topgreen Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Colin Wilson, of Prince & Partners, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator on the 25th day of May 2005, for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of May 2005.
