Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner of Merlo Burgess & Co. Limited, Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 30th day of May 2005 at 2.30 p.m.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of May 2005.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 8th day of July 2005, as
the day on or before which creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as
the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
