Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Robert John Willis, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Holdings West Limited and Hire One Limited (both in liquidation) on the 1st day of June 2005, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 30th day of
June 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Explanatory Note: The above-named solvent companies were placed into liquidation following the sale of their businesses on the 1st day of April 2005. The companies have ceased trading and have no liabilities of significance. Following the sale of the businesses, the shareholders
have resolved to liquidate the companies. All creditors of the companies, at the 1st day of April 2005, have been paid since. The unrelated company that acquired the companies’ former business has continued to trade since the 1st day of April 2005.
