Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 25th day of May 2005, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Norallosa Limited be liquidated and that Jennifer Mary Gillies, of Walker Dick & Associates, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of May 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
