Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Terrence Hillson, chartered accountant of Auckland,
hereby gives notice that TAT Travel Limited was put
into liquidation by the appointment of Terence Hillson as liquidator of the company, pursuant to a special resolution of those shareholders entitled to vote and voting on the matter as required by section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 passed on the 12th day of January 2005 at 5.40 p.m.
