Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of May 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Rod Fleming Agencies Limited be liquidated and that James Ferguson, accountant of Masterton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of May 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
