Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 1st day of June 2005 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by resolution of the shareholder that the above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Jonathan Wilgermein, of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
The director of the company has signed a certificate verifying the company’s solvency at the date of liquidation.
