Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, George Richard Geenty, chartered accountant of Geenty Walsh and Partners Limited, was appointed liquidator of Alpha Lima Properties Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of May 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
A directors’ resolution and certificate of solvency has been filed with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 241 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 10th day of June 2005, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
