Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies on the 30th day of May 2005 at the times specified, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993:
