Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 25th day of May 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that United Motors Limited be liquidated and that John Ivan Farac, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of May 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
