Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 25th day of May 2005 at 6.10 p.m., Peter John Brannigan, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of Trans Tasman Hotel Corporation Limited by way of special resolution of the company pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
