Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Arron Leslie Heath and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Grilla’s Licensed Restaurant Limited (in liquidation) on the 25th day of May 2005 at 2.30 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Grilla’s Licensed Restaurant Limited (in liquidation) fix the 27th day of June 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
