Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Malcolm Grant Hollis and Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint liquidators of the above-named companies by a special resolution of the shareholders on the 25th day of May 2005.
The liquidations commenced upon our appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of the above named companies, we fix the 22nd day of June 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
