Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of May 2005,
it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Keystone Ridge Limited be liquidated and that Bernard Spencer Montgomerie, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of May 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
