Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of May 2005, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the company resolved that the company, having ceased trading, be liquidated and Rodney Paul Clarke, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
