Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Brian Burge and Brian Joseph Walshe were appointed joint and several liquidators of Sea-Ray Charters Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of May 2005 at 9.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Friday, the 17th day of June 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
