Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that, by a special resolution of shareholders on the 18th day of May 2005 at 11.00 a.m. and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company has been placed into voluntary liquidation.
Darren Nicholas Hull, chartered accountant of Wanganui, has been appointed the liquidator forthwith.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993,
the directors have signed and filed with the Registrar of Companies a resolution dated the 13th day of May 2005
that the company is able to pay its debts and, pursuant to section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, have completed a directors’ certificate of solvency.
