Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kevin Gordon Greer,chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Volumex Investments No.Ten Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of May 2005.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
31st day of May 2005, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
