Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Graham Hosie, chartered accountant of West Yates Limited, was appointed liquidator of Sandwheel Investments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of February 2005.
A declaration of solvency has been signed by the company’s directors.
The directors have sold their assets and are liquidating the company in order to distribute excess funds to shareholders.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 24th day of June 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
