Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Ururua Holdings Limited commenced on the 16th day of May
2005 at 11.00 a.m., when Michael Andrew Clarke was appointed as liquidator pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993.
