Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 12th day of
May 2005 at 10.17 a.m., when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Brendon James Gibson and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
