Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Robinson Shares Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that Peter Liddle, chartered accountant of Auckland, has been appointed liquidator of Robinson Shares Limited on the 11th day of May 2005 at 5.00 p.m, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of May 2005.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 245 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator that:
1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose specified in section 243 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
2. The reason why the liquidator so decided is there are no known creditors of the company.
3. No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
