Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 9th day of May 2005 at 4.50 p.m., Raymond Gordon Burgess was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies which are being wound up for administrative purposes.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 10th day of June 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before their claims
are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
